Leading a global team of Statistical Programmers, the full-time Manager, Statistical Programming will oversee project activities, ensure high-quality deliverables including SDTM and ADaM datasets as well as TLFs, while fostering team development and contributing to departmental process improvements. Key responsibilities Manages a team of Statistical Programmers, overseeing project quality, budget, and timelines Develops best practices and contributes to the creation and review of controlled documents to achieve departmental goals Supports operational excellence by acting as a senior reviewer and leading the creation of client deliverables for complex projects Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics, statistics, biostatistics, computer science, or related disciplines 10+ years of experience in Statistical Programming, specifically with SAS and R Experience in a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) environment Proven line management skills and experience managing teams Strong knowledge of SDTM and ADaM datasets, as well as TLF generation
