Providing oversight for complex clinical projects, the full-time Statistical Programming Manager will lead statistical programming efforts, manage a team of Statistical Programmers, and ensure timely delivery of programming and regulatory submission deliverables in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Oversee statistical programming support for multiple clinical research study projects or teams Manage and mentor Statistical Programmers, ensuring high-quality programming deliverables and compliance with regulatory standards Identify and implement improvements in programming documentation, specifications, and standardization Required qualifications Bachelor's or advanced degree with 10+ years of statistical programming experience in a Pharmaceutical/CRO environment Understanding of GCP principles and regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, ICH) in Clinical Research Proven leadership experience in managing clinical research teams Strong statistical programming skills in SAS, with familiarity in R or Python considered beneficial Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong decision-making skills
