You'll develop and maintain statistical process control tools, evaluate process capability, and recommend inspection limits and control strategies based on sound statistical principles. This position offers the opportunity to make meaningful contributions by enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer through innovative manufacturing solutions.A Day in the Life:You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and trending manufacturing and quality data using statistical methods and provide technical expertise for statistic analysis of process capability and as part of trend investigations. You will develop, maintain, and monitor statistical process control charts for critical process and quality attributes and perform process capability analyses across multiple products.

You will assist with statistical evaluation of manufacturing processes as part of continuous process validation. You will recommend establishment or revisions of inspection limits, alert limits, and action limits based on statistical analysis of historical data.Keys to Success:Advanced degree with no prior experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 2 or more years of relevant experience in statistical analysis, manufacturing, quality, or process engineeringCombination of education and experience will be consideredPreferred Fields of Study: Statistics, Mathematics, Biostatistics, Data Science, or a related disciplineExperience:Demonstrated experience in collection, analysis, and trending of manufacturing and quality data using statistical methodsStrong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirementsKnowledge of statistical process control methodologiesProficient in statistical analysis of data sets coming from the manufacturing processAbility to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively to multi-departmental audiencesProficiency with Minitab, MS Office applications specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPointKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsCompensation and Benefits:The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in New Jersey is $38.08–$57.11.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
