- Experience operating commercial central plant equipment.
- Knowledge of boilers, chillers, pumps, and generators.
- Ability to interpret gauges, control systems, and operating manuals.
- Ability to respond to emergency equipment failures.
- Operate boilers, chillers, pumps, and generators.
- Perform daily equipment inspections.
- Monitor operating parameters and alarms.
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks.
- Respond to equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain operational logs and inspection records.
