Station Production ControllerThe Station Production Controller is responsible for managing and overseeing the production operations, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations while maximizing efficiency and minimizing downtime for aircraft.
The role involves coordination of maintenance activities, resource utilization, and effective planning to support both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage production schedules and coordinate aircraft maintenance activitiesEnsure compliance with FAA regulations and airworthiness directivesOptimize resource allocation and utilization for maintenance operationsDevelop and implement recovery plans for aircraft on ground (AOG) situationsOversee inventory management for aircraft parts and materialsCollaborate with engineering and ground services teams to ensure operational readinessMonitor and manage maintenance workflows to maintain high reliability and minimize downtimeConduct regular audits to ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and safety standardsFacilitate communication between different departments to streamline operationsPrepare and review task cards, wiring diagrams, and other technical documentation as neededQualifications5+ years Aviation maintenance experience; Specifically with wide body aircraft, BoeingAirframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification requiredStrong knowledge of regulatory compliance within the airline industryProficiency in scheduled and unscheduled maintenance operationsExcellent resource planning and optimization skillsAbility to manage manpower and staffing efficientlyFamiliarity with demand forecasting and scheduling practicesExperience in managing out-of-service (OOS) aircraft and recovery effortsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSecurity Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge - must be able to acquire and maintainShifts will be 12 hours with 4 days on, 4 days off as the team operates 24/7/365BenefitsCompetitive Compensation based on experienceMedical/Dental/VisionPTO401KMany more excellent benefitsFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
