The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as Statewide Coaching Analyst & Coordinator. Essential Functions:
- Serves as Statewide Coaching Analyst and Coordinator
- Reviews, monitors, and tracks coaching and fidelity activity, utilization, demand, and capacity across programs
- Monitors program operations to ensure alignment between coaching, fidelity, training, implementation efforts, and agency priorities
- Develops and prepares summaries, dashboards, and briefings for leadership regarding coaching and fidelity impact and operations
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above
Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires a master's degree in social work or a related human services field
- Requires three years of child welfare administrative experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 years of professional experience conducting direct child welfare or child protection casework for DCFS, private sector partner agencies, or a DCFS counterpart agency in another state
- 4 years of professional experience in a public or private organization exercising working knowledge and application of child welfare principles, best practice development, employee coaching, emerging issues, and research
- 4 years of professional experience in a public or private organization conducting strategic planning and/or employee coaching
- 3 years of professional experience in policy development and implementation for a public or private social service organization
- 3 years of professional experience in a public or private organization exercising knowledge of child welfare related federal and state laws, rules, and regulations
Conditions of Employment:
- Requires the ability to pass a background check
- Requires ability to travel on a frequent basis in the performance of duties
- Requires appropriate, valid driver's license
