Statewide Campus Ministries Director

Texas Baptists is seeking a qualified leader to coordinate the Texas BSM program, engaging 1.6 million college students to follow Christ and transform their world. You will recruit, employ, and train campus staff, both paid and volunteers, and work with Texas Baptist churches and associations to involve campuses.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), strong budgeting and personnel management skills, and the ability to travel across Texas.
