Phoenix of Fairlawn, a family-owned skilled nursing facility, is hiring a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide essential care and assist residents in daily living activities. As an STNA, you’ll assist residents with daily living tasks, promote dignity, and work alongside a dedicated nursing team to enhance quality of life.

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Duties:
- Assist residents with daily living (hygiene, dressing, feeding, ambulation).
- Respond to call lights promptly and ensure comfort and safety.
- Observe and report changes in resident health to nurses.
- Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe long-term care environment.
- Support a positive and compassionate patient care experience.
State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Schedule:
- Shift differential: +$1/hour from 10 p.m.–6 a.m.
- Full-time and part-time available
- 12 hour shifts
State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Qualifications:
- Valid STNA license in the state of Ohio
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
