- Lead grassroots organizing efforts across New Hampshire/Iowa communities and regions
- Recruit, train, and develop volunteers and emerging local leaders
- Plan and execute issue advocacy campaigns driving public engagement
- Organize town halls, canvasses, trainings, and community events
- Track organizing metrics and maintain volunteer recruitment pipelines
Requirements:
- 2+ years of grassroots organizing, campaigns, or outreach experience
- Experience recruiting, training, and managing volunteer teams successfully
- Strong relationship-building skills across diverse community constituencies
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced organizing environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Salary: $60,000–$90,000 + Benefits
