State Licensed Women's Health Nurse Practitioner

To support a growing practice focused on women's midlife health, the full-time State Licensed Women's Health Nurse Practitioner will manage a full patient panel virtually, providing ongoing care for perimenopause, menopause, and related health issues while prescribing and independently managing hormone replacement therapy. Key responsibilities Manage a full panel of patients, providing ongoing relationship-based care for perimenopause, menopause, and associated health concerns Prescribe and independently manage hormone replacement therapy and evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management therapies Document patient interactions and maintain productivity benchmarks in a high-volume virtual environment Required qualifications Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC 3+ years of experience independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients 3+ years of experience independently prescribing and titrating hormone replacement therapy 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred)
