State Licensed Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant

To support a growing team, the full-time remote State Licensed Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant will manage a caseload by reviewing disability claims, developing vocational plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to facilitate successful return-to-work outcomes. Key responsibilities: Manage an assigned caseload within Return-to-work and Accommodation Services to achieve departmental goals Develop and implement comprehensive vocational and accommodation plans for customers Collaborate with claims specialists and medical professionals to assess and recommend appropriate accommodations Required qualifications: Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or a related field Certification as a Rehabilitation Counselor Experience working with individuals with physical and/or mental disabilities Strong computer and technical abilities Analytical skills with an understanding of occupational titles and transferable skills analyses
