Leading the telemedicine nursing team, the full-time State Licensed Telemedicine Manager will manage daily operations, including hiring and coaching staff, overseeing clinical workflows, and ensuring quality assurance in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Directly manage a team of registered nurses, focusing on hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management Oversee scheduling, coverage, and workflow management for the telemedicine clinic to enhance patient and provider experiences Serve as the operational owner of the EMR, ensuring clinical content is current and effectively managed Required qualifications Active, unrestricted RN license and a bachelor's degree 2+ years of experience managing registered nurses or healthcare professionals 2+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare or clinical operations Experience working with and configuring an EMR/EHR, particularly in telemedicine or virtual care settings Experience supporting clinical protocols, standard operating procedures, and clinical policies
