To support the implementation and management of Epic applications, the contract Sr Willow Analyst will supervise design and development activities, collaborate with end users to enhance workflows, and mentor team members while working remotely. Key responsibilities Supervise the design, development, and maintenance of Epic applications, ensuring effective team performance Collaborate with end users to design and build Epic workflows, providing technical expertise and recommendations Lead all phases of small to medium-sized application projects, including upgrades and enhancements, while ensuring proper documentation and issue resolution Required qualifications 7+ years of combined experience in Healthcare and/or IT, with at least 5 years in Epic configuration Active Epic certification in at least one area (Beacon and/or Willow) and over 4 years of Epic experience Knowledge of Epic systems application, specifically for Optime workflows Direct client healthcare domain knowledge, including clinical documentation and surgical workflows Experience in application training development and support
