State Licensed Senior Medical Auditor

To support audit services, the full-time remote State Licensed Senior Medical Auditor will validate clinical documentation, prepare audit findings, and maintain production and quality standards while collaborating on process improvements. Key responsibilities Audit medical records to ensure compliance with clinical documentation requirements and quality standards Prepare detailed audit summary findings and recommendations for project leads and management Collaborate with the team to identify process improvement opportunities and support departmental key performance indicators Required qualifications Minimum 5 years of auditing experience in multiple specialties Certification as CPC & CPMA, RHIT, or CPMATM Extensive knowledge of AMA, OIG, CMS, and national coding and compliance guidelines Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a sense of urgency
