Serving as the primary service contact for a select portfolio of commercial clients, the temporary State Licensed Senior Client Manager will manage client satisfaction and strategic planning while working remotely. Key responsibilities Evaluates exposures, negotiates quotes, and finalizes agreements with carriers Analyzes client information and risk to provide tailored recommendations during strategy meetings Maintains accurate account details and processes renewals, endorsements, and cancellations in the agency management system (EPIC) Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license Proficient in agency management systems (EPIC) and Microsoft Office products, especially Excel High School Diploma or equivalent experience Understanding of guaranteed cost program design and coverage forms
