State Licensed Senior Client Manager

Assisting in the coordination of carrier relationships, the full-time Senior Client Manager in Commercial Risk will lead service teams on large accounts, develop placement and renewal strategies, and perform marketing activities while working remotely. Key responsibilities Coordinates service delivery and develops initial placement/renewal strategies for large accounts Establishes and maintains carrier relationships while preparing and reviewing risk maps Mentors new colleagues and identifies opportunities for process improvements within the firm Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, with progress towards a professional insurance designation Minimum of five years' experience in Account Management with demonstrated proficiency State licenses required for providing insurance services, or willingness to obtain within 90 days Strong technical knowledge of insurance market conditions and underwriting appetites Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn insurance software
