Leading the full specialty operations team, the remote Senior Licensed Radiology Operations Director will manage day-to-day operational performance across radiology sites, drive accountability to key metrics, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance specialty operations. Key responsibilities: Oversee operational performance metrics, including wRVUs and turnaround times, across all radiology sites Develop and execute operational playbooks for site launches and stabilization while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations Champion a data-driven culture by implementing reporting infrastructure and analytics capabilities to monitor performance and inform strategic decisions Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or related field with 10 years of progressive operations management experience 5+ years of radiology specialty-specific healthcare experience Master's degree in a relevant field preferred Strong knowledge of healthcare management and physician specialty management Experience in multi-location operations and hospital settings preferred
