To provide compassionate virtual care, the Remote State Licensed Psychiatrist will diagnose and treat various mental health disorders, manage psychotropic medications, and collaborate with healthcare professionals on a contract basis. Key responsibilities: Assess patients through video-based encounters and perform comprehensive mental health evaluations Manage psychotropic medications, including evaluating patient history and treatment response Develop and implement behavioral health treatment plans while maintaining sensitive patient information Required qualifications: Active and unrestricted M.D. or D.O. medical license in the state of residence Graduate of an ACGME-accredited psychiatry residency program Commitment to continuing medical education Comfort navigating video-conferencing platforms and learning new technology Experience with digital tools and platforms
