To lead the Psychiatry Practice Management team, the Senior Manager of Clinical Psychiatric Operations will manage clinical quality and compliance, team leadership, and operational excellence in a remote, full-time role, ensuring high standards of psychiatric care delivery through innovative technology. Key responsibilities Lead audits and quality assurance initiatives for psychiatric providers while ensuring compliance with regulations Manage and develop the Psychiatry Operations team, establishing priorities and performance expectations Monitor key performance indicators and drive strategic initiatives to enhance psychiatric care delivery and operational efficiency Required qualifications Active, unrestricted Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in good standing Minimum 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience in psychiatric assessment and medication management Demonstrated leadership and management experience in a clinical setting Strong understanding of psychiatric prescribing practices and clinical quality management Experience resolving complex clinical or compliance issues and making data-informed decisions
