State Licensed Psychiatric Director

To lead the Psychiatry Practice Management team, the full-time State Licensed Psychiatric Director will manage clinical operations, quality assurance, and compliance while overseeing a team, optimizing provider engagement, and influencing psychiatric care delivery remotely. Key responsibilities Lead quality audits and compliance initiatives, providing actionable feedback to psychiatric providers Directly manage and develop team members, establishing priorities and performance expectations Monitor key performance indicators and operational trends to identify and implement improvements Required qualifications Active, unrestricted Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in good standing Minimum 8 years of post-licensure clinical experience in psychiatric assessment and medication management Experience delivering psychiatric services via telehealth preferred Demonstrated leadership or management experience in a clinical setting Strong understanding of psychiatric prescribing practices and clinical quality management
