Overseeing the clinical pharmacy services function, the full-time State Licensed Pharmacy Manager will ensure accurate and timely prior authorization requests, develop quality improvement initiatives, and maintain compliance with regulations while working remotely. Key responsibilities Ensure all prior authorization requests are reviewed and completed accurately and timely Research and develop new cost reduction, pricing, and quality improvement activities Oversee the development and implementation of medication therapy management programs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (PharmD., M.S) in pharmacy 4+ years of experience in mail order, retail, hospital, or managed care pharmacy or pharmacy residency program experience Current state's pharmacy license Management experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Visio, Excel, and Word
