To support the clinical system transition, the contract Clinical System Conversion Retrofit Pharmacist will execute operational workflows related to mapping previous MEDITECH Expanse versions to current standards while collaborating with leadership to ensure accurate drug dictionary entries and procedure codes in a remote capacity for a duration of 3 months. Key responsibilities Conduct mapping of previous clinical systems to new clinical system standards Execute operational processes for initial and maintenance of clinical mapping while ensuring clinical accuracy and financial neutrality Collaborate with local pharmacy leaders to identify changes resulting from the clinical system transition Required qualifications Pharmacist Degree (PharmD or B.S.) Current pharmacist license in good standing Minimum of 3 years relevant hospital pharmacy or IT pharmacy experience Preferred experience with MEDITECH Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
