To support the success of nursing programs, the full-time State Licensed Nursing Educator will lead faculty development, manage the preceptor model, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage nursing faculty, including orientation, mentoring, and performance evaluations Oversee the preceptor model for undergraduate and graduate nursing programs, ensuring appropriate credentialing and support Collaborate on curriculum development and maintain compliance with accreditation standards Required qualifications Current and unencumbered professional nursing license in the applicable specialty Doctoral or professional degree in the nursing specialty 2-3 years of experience in teaching, curriculum design, and faculty development Strong understanding of nursing education and academic leadership Demonstrated ability to mentor and support faculty effectively
