To support a growing practice, the full-time State Licensed Nurse Practitioner will provide telemedicine-based care for adult patients with opioid use disorder, managing their treatment continuity and addressing co-occurring mental health conditions while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a panel of up to 275 adults with opioid use disorder, including initial treatment and ongoing care Utilize motivational interviewing and engagement techniques to optimize patient outcomes while collaborating with the care team for additional services Participate in clinical team meetings and quality improvement activities, contributing to practice policies and procedures Required qualifications Valid license to practice medicine and DEA license in the home state, with eligibility to obtain licenses in multiple states At least 1 year of experience prescribing buprenorphine in relevant practice environments Experience in telehealth is preferred Strong ability to build effective provider-patient relationships and foster adherence to collaboratively developed care plans Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
