Leading a team of adjusters, the full-time remote State Licensed Liability Claims Supervisor will manage claims handling, ensure operational excellence, and support clients with complex liability exposures. Key responsibilities Adjudicate claims, investigate, negotiate settlements, and maintain accurate documentation Monitor claims in litigation, ensuring timely responses and adherence to best practices Coach team members, manage performance feedback, and facilitate ongoing training Required qualifications High school diploma; college degree preferred, with technical designations such as AIC and CPCU encouraged Active state-specific Life & Health/Property Casualty Insurance agent's license required or ability to acquire within three months of hire 8-10 years of experience in adjusting property and casualty claims, including litigated claims Prior supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of General and Auto Liability coverages and claims processing procedures
