Working remotely on a weekend schedule, the Clinical Provider IBCLC will provide direct lactation consultation services via secure virtual platforms to prenatal and postpartum women, adhering to evidence-based maternal health program guidelines. Key responsibilities: Conduct telehealth consultations, assessing patients and providing education on lactation, infant feeding, and maternal mental health Document clinical findings, develop individualized care plans, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed Make necessary referrals and coordinate care with other healthcare providers based on patient needs Required qualifications: High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree or Associate's Degree preferred Professional certification as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in good standing Minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience, including at least 2 years as a CLC/IBCLC Active MMIS (State Medicaid) Credentials preferred Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, healthcare quality standards, and HIPAA regulations
