To provide targeted and intensive support to students in a live virtual format, the part-time hourly State Licensed Intervention Specialist will design and deliver interventions, collaborate with educational teams, and utilize data-driven strategies to enhance student learning outcomes. Key responsibilities Design and deliver intensive live interventions to small groups of students using research-based instructional best practices Collaborate with internal and external teams to determine appropriate targeted support for students Use data to inform instructional strategies and communicate feedback to stakeholders Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years of teaching or academic intervention experience, or an acceptable combination of education and experience Active teaching certification/license is required Experience supporting students in a blended, virtual, or online learning environment preferred Understanding of best practices for student interventions preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online video chat platforms is a must
