To drive sales and build strong relationships with producers, the full-time State Licensed Internal Wholesaler will proactively call agents, recruit new agents, and manage a book of business while working remotely. Key responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with key producers to discuss sales concepts and marketing campaigns Proactively call assigned agents to grow territory and develop new business through agent recruitment Collaborate with sales resources to support producer development and manage the sales process effectively Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience Two years of work experience in the life insurance industry, including one year in a sales support role Demonstrated knowledge of insurance products and sales processes Basic knowledge of insurance underwriting Series 6 and State Insurance Licenses preferred
