To support a growing specialty pharmacy, the full-time State Licensed Intake Specialist will enroll new patients, manage patient information, and facilitate communication with healthcare providers while working remotely. Key responsibilities Placing phone calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients to gather necessary information Enrolling patients into specialty services, including patient care management and copay assistance programs Answering inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and healthcare professionals, and managing assigned workflow queues Required qualifications High school diploma or GED; some college preferred National CPhT and/or registration/licensure required based on state regulations Minimum of two years of pharmacy support or healthcare environment experience preferred Ability to work scheduled hours, with shifts varying based on department needs Commitment to compliance with legal and ethical standards in all duties
