Supporting the preparation and management of insurance product filings, the full-time remote State Licensed Filings Analyst will ensure regulatory compliance by preparing and submitting filings to state insurance departments while maintaining accurate filing records across jurisdictions. Key responsibilities Develop and standardize in-house state filings processes and documentation Prepare and submit insurance filings, including rates, rules, and forms, to state insurance departments Manage filings through SERFF and other regulatory systems while tracking status and responding to objections Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 3-5+ years of experience in insurance regulatory filings or compliance Working knowledge of U.S. insurance regulations and multi-state filing requirements Experience using SERFF and iFile platforms Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in SharePoint or tracking tools preferred
