State Licensed Executive Resolution Specialist

As a full-time remote State Licensed Executive Resolution Specialist, the candidate will manage customer escalations across various channels, investigate claims, and propose settlement agreements while ensuring excellent customer service. Key responsibilities Investigate and resolve written customer concerns related to executive escalations across multiple channels Manage multiple cases simultaneously while tracking escalation data for reporting purposes Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding the status and resolution of escalated issues Required qualifications Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience, or 2+ years in business analysis, research, business writing, or consumer relations with escalation experience Must acquire and maintain an ACA (Accredited Claims Adjuster's) license Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks Demonstrated ability to make sound judgments in resolving customer issues
