To support a growing telemedicine practice, a State Licensed Endocrinology Physician will provide comprehensive obesity and diabetes management, focusing on patient care and collaboration with advanced practice providers in a fully remote, flexible position offering 32 to 40 hours per week. Key responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a telemedicine setting, focusing on obesity treatment and diabetes management, including insulin titration Collaborate with advanced practice providers and Registered Dietitians to ensure quality care and manage complex endocrinology cases Participate in team-based care initiatives and contribute to quality improvement efforts within the diabetes and obesity medicine program Required qualifications MD or DO degree with valid and current Board certification in Endocrinology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) Active and unrestricted Medical State License in any US State, with eligibility to obtain additional state licenses 2 years of clinical experience in obesity medicine or endocrinology, or completion of an accredited Fellowship program in Endocrinology or Obesity Medicine Demonstrated competency in managing patients with complex co-morbidities, including CKD, ESRD, and CAD/CV conditions Expertise in advanced diabetes management, including the use of continuous glucose monitors and insulin pumps
