State Licensed Employer's Liability Claims Adjuster

Managing an active desk of litigated and complex liability claims, the full-time remote Employer's Liability Claims Representative will analyze coverage issues, strategize litigation, and maintain communication with stakeholders while ensuring compliance with established guidelines. Key responsibilities Manages liability claims under business owner policies, focusing on employer's liability claims Analyzes coverage issues and evaluates new loss notices and claim tenders Documents claim files and collaborates on setting appropriate reserves for claims Required qualifications BA/BS degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience or a Juris Doctorate with a minimum of 3 years of experience State adjuster license required 3+ years of prior general liability or workers compensation claims adjusting experience Familiarity with complex medical injuries and treatment plans CPCU or other industry designation is a plus
