Providing virtual lactation consultation services, the part-time State Licensed Clinical Provider will engage with prenatal and postpartum women during afternoon and evening hours, focusing on clinical decision-making and patient education in alignment with evidence-based maternal health program guidelines. Key responsibilities Conduct virtual consultations, assessing patients and providing education on lactation, infant feeding, and maternal mental health Document clinical findings and develop individualized care plans, including scheduling follow-up appointments and making necessary referrals Utilize secure telehealth platforms to communicate with patients and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and documentation standards Required qualifications High School Diploma; Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred Professional certification as a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) in good standing Minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience, with at least 2 years as a CLC Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, healthcare quality standards, and HIPAA regulations Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
