To support safe and effective medication services, the full-time remote State Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will review patient profiles, process prescriptions, and collaborate with healthcare professionals while adhering to established policies and procedures. Key responsibilities Review and complete pharmacy-related criteria, including patient profiles and prescription information Enter prescriptions into the computer system and perform final quality checks on dispensed medications Communicate with patients and physicians to resolve prescription questions and provide therapeutic interventions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD Active Pharmacist license in good standing in the state of residence Minimum two years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail or hospital setting Experience with prescription review, processing, and dispensing Ability to work independently in a remote environment with secure technology
