Providing high-quality service to high-net-worth clients, the full-time remote State Licensed Client Relations Specialist will respond to client service requests, process endorsements, and address coverage inquiries. Key responsibilities Respond to incoming client service requests for small to large accounts Process endorsements and issue new business Answer client questions regarding coverage and remarket accounts as needed Required qualifications Current State Insurance License or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days of employment Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to learn relevant insurance company and firm software programs Typing speed of a minimum of 55 words per minute Experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
