Experienced in commercial general liability litigation, the full-time State Licensed CGL Claims Adjuster will manage complex claims, conduct thorough investigations, and negotiate resolutions while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Analyze, investigate, and resolve complex commercial claims involving coverage, liability, and damages disputes Work closely with defense counsel and other parties to ensure timely and cost-effective claim resolutions Represent the company at mediations, arbitrations, and trials while maintaining high productivity and customer service standards Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in Commercial General Liability Litigation with an insurance carrier Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; industry designation preferred Strong understanding of applicable statutes, regulations, and case law Proficient in MS Office and capable of working in a paperless environment Must possess or obtain and maintain appropriate state adjuster licenses and continuing education credits
