State Licensed Case Manager

To support a growing virtual team, the full-time State Licensed Case Manager will provide direct support and resources to clients and clinical staff, perform patient care activities, and facilitate psychoeducational groups across various states. Key responsibilities Participate in Multidisciplinary Treatment Team meetings and complete required assessments and screenings Serve as the liaison between clinical and utilization review teams while assisting with chart documentation and compliance Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducational groups as directed by the Clinical Supervisor Required qualifications Graduate from an accredited college or university with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a health-related field A minimum of 1 year of experience in a chemical dependency or psychiatric setting CEU certifications and ongoing training in a health-related field Knowledge of the principles and practices of the discipline Familiarity with Joint Commission Standards
