To support a growing healthcare initiative, the full-time State Licensed Case Management Manager will oversee clinical program operations, manage a team of case managers, and drive continuous improvement in processes while working remotely. Key responsibilities Participate in the development and execution of Clinical Programs' strategy in alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals Lead and develop Care Management teams, ensuring effective performance and professional growth Monitor departmental performance standards and implement quality improvement methodologies Required qualifications Current state credential allowing independent assessments (e.g., RN, LMFT, LICSW, LPC, LMHC) Certified in CCM (Certified Case Management) or willing to obtain within 24 months of hire Five years of case management or healthcare experience Three years of management experience Experience with NCQA, URAC, or accreditation review processes preferred
