To support the strategic legal framework for commercialization, the remote Associate Director, Brand Counsel will advise cross-functional teams on legal and regulatory matters related to pharmaceutical advertising, promotional materials, and compliance, while leveraging expertise in the pharmaceutical industry. Key responsibilities Act as the legal advisor to brand, marketing, and commercialization teams, supporting launch planning and strategy Review and approve promotional materials, ensuring compliance with FDA and other regulatory requirements Advise on healthcare compliance, fraud and abuse laws, and data protection requirements while partnering with Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Required qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar Minimum of 5 years of legal experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry Demonstrated expertise in FDA-regulated advertising and promotion Experience working within Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes
