State Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster

Providing claim services for auto liability litigated claims, the full-time State Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster will formulate investigation plans, evaluate cases, and drive negotiation strategies while working remotely, preferably in the EST/CST time zone. Key responsibilities Formulate timely investigation plans and document relevant information Assess case evaluations and initiate disposition strategies for litigated claims Drive negotiations with defense counsel to achieve favorable claim outcomes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or SCLA preferred 5+ years of experience in Liability Litigation handling moderate to high complexity Bodily Injury exposures Individual Independent State Adjuster licenses required, with the ability to obtain necessary licensing within 30 days of hire Experience working in a high production environment using technology solutions for virtual claims handling Strong analytical reasoning skills with the ability to make autonomous decisions
