Serving as a key client service lead, the full-time Senior Benefits Specialist will oversee employee benefits program management, lead Open Enrollment projects, and act as the primary contact for clients, carriers, and vendors in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for plan administration and service issues Coordinate renewal decisions and execute plan changes, ensuring timely issue resolution Lead Open Enrollment activities, including communication materials and enrollment submissions Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Five (5) or more years of related work experience Active Life, Accident and Health Producer License, or willingness to obtain licensing Advanced expertise in employee benefits across small and large group markets Experience with benefits administration and HRIS systems
