To support individuals in reducing or eliminating alcohol use, the part-time, remote State Licensed Alcohol Counselor will manage a caseload of members, facilitate coaching sessions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans. Key responsibilities Evaluate new members and formulate individualized care plans through standardized intake processes Facilitate individual coaching sessions via video/phone calls and app-based communication, monitoring health outcomes and coordinating care Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to promote positive health outcomes and support pharmacotherapy Required qualifications Certification as an alcohol and drug counselor in the state or equivalent credentials recognized by IC&RC 3-5 years of experience in alcohol use disorder (AUD) or addiction treatment BA/BS and/or MA preferred, with a background in addiction treatment or related fields Experience with EMR systems, Zoom conferencing, and app-based applications Secure private space and high-speed internet access for conducting video coaching sessions
