To support a growing practice, the remote State Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor will manage a caseload of members, facilitate individual coaching sessions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans aimed at reducing alcohol use and promoting positive health outcomes. Key responsibilities Evaluate new members and formulate individualized care plans through standardized intake processes Facilitate individual coaching sessions via video/phone calls and app-based communications Monitor health outcomes and coordinate care for members while documenting sessions in EMR and billing systems Required qualifications Certified as an alcohol and drug counselor or equivalent, with certification from IC&RC 3-5 years of experience in alcohol use disorder or addiction treatment BA/BS and/or MA preferred Experience with EMR systems and telehealth platforms Knowledgeable in evidence-based treatment programs and harm reduction models
