Leading complex client assignments, the full-time salaried State Licensed Actuarial Director will leverage financial management and data analytics expertise to develop strategies for large clients, drive revenue growth, and enhance plan performance. Key responsibilities Communicates complex financial and actuarial concepts to drive client action and improve performance Leads financial and actuarial engagements for medium to large clients, developing tailored strategies Guides regional and global teams on deliverables, ensuring quality reviews and effective client delivery Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in health and welfare financial/actuarial strategies within a consulting or brokerage environment Proven ability to generate revenue and manage client relationships successfully Deep understanding of employee benefit plan design, underwriting, and funding concepts State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining Actuarial designation and current continuing education (optional)
