State Field Director: Lead 20+ Canvassers (Relocation)

All on the Field (AOTF) is hiring State Field Directors to lead paid canvassing and ballot-access programs on the ground. Each director owns a program of 20+ canvassers and is responsible for meeting door-count and quality targets on a tight timeline.

These in-state roles require relocation and combine team leadership with operational discipline, including recruiting, scheduling, and ensuring data integrity. Position runs through November 2026 with in-person presence in Greensboro, NC.
