An established ABA provider with multiple active facilities across Kansas seeks a State Director. You will own statewide clinical and operational performance, with periodic travel to Kansas as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical and operational performance across all Kansas facilities
- Drive quality, compliance, and outcomes to company standards
- Partner with clinical leadership on program integrity and staff development
- Oversee facility-level operations, staffing, and productivity
- Serve as primary liaison between Kansas sites and executive leadership
- Identify growth opportunities and support new location readiness
- Ensure strong parent/client experience and retention
- Travel to Kansas periodically for on-site leadership and support
