Supporting the real property collateral valuation process, the full-time Senior Appraiser will analyze and resolve complex appraisal issues, engage fee appraisers, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while working onsite in Hartford, East Hartford, White Plains, or Stamford. Key responsibilities: Independently review real estate appraisal/valuation reports and prepare compliance reviews as necessary Solicit bids for appraisal services and engage fee appraisers for assignments Assist with internal and external audits and ad hoc projects as requested by the Commercial Real Estate Appraisal Manager Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field State Certified General Appraiser license in good standing Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate appraisal or appraisal review Knowledge of industry standards, compliance, and regulations Experience with appraisal management software and financial modeling software preferred
