As a Start-Up Technician at CoolSys, you’ll support the commissioning, testing, and optimization of HVAC-R systems for wholesale and commercial customers. Working within our Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team, you’ll assist with installations, start-ups, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting to ensure safe, reliable, and energy-efficient operation. You’ll capture detailed start-up data, follow strict safety and quality standards, and collaborate closely with experienced technicians and engineers.
