Starbucks Store Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of hourly and salaried employees to achieve sales goals, improve store appearance, and increase customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance and achieve their goals
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Manage inventory, labor, and expense budgets to meet company goals
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Collaborate with peers and district manager to share best practices and achieve business objectives

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
